PVID has completed the line pipe coating service for DUA project

PVID has completed the line pipe coating service for DUA project. PV Coating has awarded this project from the Investor, Premier Oil Vietnam Offshore, by bidding internationally. The total value of the bid is nearly USD 10 million.

Coated pipe of concrete weight coating for DUA project

In 3 months, PVID has coated 33.6 km onto 10” pipes with various materials such as: 3LPE, FBE, PUF, HDPE and concrete weighting to ensure on schedule and meet the requirements of technical standards, product quality as commitment to investor. It is expected that PVID will hand over the coated pipe to Premier Oil Vietnam in middle of Jan 2013.

Currently, PVID is running tests (PQT) of the pipe coating service for Thang Long - Dong Do project of which Lam Son JOC is the investor.
