PVID implement the carbon steel package for Bien Dong 1 Project

PVID has signed the contract with the general contractor PTSC M&C. PVID is implementing to coat line pipe, bend and install anodes for Carbon steel package of Bien Dong 1 project. This package owned by Bien Dong POC as investor with high specifications ensures to meet the international standards. The total value for this package is more than $8 million and the total length is more than 46km with types of pipe: 20” x 14,3mm; 20” x 17,5mm; 20” x 20,6mm; the number of bends: 16 and anodes: 396.

It is known that Bien Dong project aims to exploit Gas and condensate at Hai Thach mine and Moc Tinh mine on the continental shelf of the South of Vietnam. The successful implementation of Bien Dong 1 project will bring a great significance not only in economic but also meaningful especially important for national security, safety in border and islands of the country.
