PVID operating MLPP coating line

PVID starts to operate the MLPP coating line to implement Bien Dong 1/ Cladpipe project for Bien Dong POC, the investor. According to the contract, PVID will coat 12km with 12 inch of pipe using materials such as: 3LPP (FBE, Adhesive, PP), PP Foam and PP Topcoat for Bien Dong 1/ Cladpipe project.

The MLPP coating line is one of the most advanced and modern coating lines in the world that Dimett Watsser (Malaysia) supplied and installated. Total amount of investment is 1,4 million USD. This coating line includé 5 main parts:  Incoming section, Conveyor line, Infared heater section, Extruder, Quenching, Outgoing section, Cutback.

By MLPP coating line, PVID now can offer various coating services to the oil and gas pipeline industry. This event also marks an outstanding development of PV Coating.
